[GiNaC-list] Compiling Ginac with MinGW failed in Ginsh compile eventhough, I dont wish to compile it

I don't need a Windows version of ginsh so I have never bothered to 
follow this up.

I think in another program I got rid of the problem by putting in the 
.ll file

#ifdef _MSC_VER
   #define YY_NO_UNISTD_H
#endif

or calling flex with --nounistd

neither do I, but it does somehow. GiNaC passes all tests successfully, 
so why worry about details :-)
