1) you are using "wrong" g++, i.e. its version does NOT match the one 
your CLN package was compiled with;

2) you have got 
	a) two (or more) versions of CLN installed,
	b) tricky combination of compiler/linker flags, e.g.
	   CPPFLAGS pointing to headers of CLN version X, and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
	   pointing to SOs of CLN version Y (Y!=X);

etc.
