Your patch has some issues:
1) It includes itself (excompiler.patch)
2) It contains a hunk of an omitted yaptu.pyc file.
3) It breaks cmake build of viewgar with undefined reference to
`dlopen', `dlclose', and `dlsym'.

Could you, please, fix that?
