   1 This file is not yet operational.  Eventually it should record all changes.
   2 Till then, you are advised to resort to our git server where all changes are
   3 logged.  This is how to get anonymous read-only access:
   4 $ git clone git://www.ginac.de/ginac.git ginac
   5 $ cd ginac; git whatchanged
   6 Alternatively you can browse the repository on-line at
   7 http://www.ginac.de/ginac.git
