The patchset which replaces CL_REQUIRE/CL_PROVIDE cruft is available here:
http://theor.jinr.ru/~varg/no-cl-require.tar.bz2

It's not quite nice (like any patch which fixes ugly code), and it's
impossible to build CLN as woe32 DLL non-GNU C++ compilers yet (because
proper __dllexport/__dllimport junk^W^W annotations are missing).
