Spam filter installed

Hello!

SpamAssassin 2.20 is now installed on all GiNaC and xloops mailing lists,
so the amount of advertisements relayed over the lists should decrease
considerably.

Since SpamAssassin uses a set of heuristics to identify spam, there's of
course still a chance that some of it may get through. There's also the
chance that valid mail will accidentally be classified as spam. In any case,
all potential spam mails will be reviewed by us, and valid messages will be
resent to the lists, so there shouldn't be any information loss.
